Technical thespian of the month

Macy is one of our most talented technicians! As an 11th grader, she has done theater for six years and twenty one shows.  Macy's favorite role has been sound operator for our production of "Into the Woods." Not only is Macy a leader in our shows, but she is also a leader as a Co-Historian in the drama club. She is a hard worker. When asked why theater is important to her, she said that building a community, making friends, and having a sense of accomplishment and belonging gives her passion. A fun fact about Macy is that she is half Trinidadian! Thank you for all of your hard work, Macy!

Will is one of the most energetic and hard-working  actors at SC Playhouse! As a tenth grader, Will has done theater since he was 7 years old, and during this time, he has done 21 shows at different companies all over Texas. His favorite role has been Lumiere in " Beauty and the Beast"! When asked, Will says that theater is important to him because he is able to tell stories while pursuing his passion for acting and singing. A fun fact about Will is he owns a beautifully chunky dog named Cuddles. Thank you for all that you do, Will!
